Well, this is the 4th time this challenge that I have registered an increase. I went up 0.1kg on last weeks measurement which keeps me at 0.2kg ahead of target.
Through the week I was tracking closely and was ranging from the same as last week to a maximum of 0.4kg above. My calorie intake was on point, if a little carb heavy. My exercise was ok, however it could have been better.
I think I am finally hitting the point where it becomes a proper challenge to continue to lose weight. That or I just had a week where my body didn't react as expected. This week I will focus on getting my exercise back up to where it needs to be and reduce the carb intake to see where that takes me - lets see what next week brings.
